Regus are a global service, renting office space for any need, individual or large scale commercial. They have a market lead in what they offer but needed to modernise the digital front across both Regus and the parent brand IWG.

With new brands like WeWork appearing Regus and IWG needed something more modern. With poor imagery across 1000's of locations we could not just redo it all.
We produced a minimal and modern UI, with illustrations, neutral colours and a blended approach of stock and real photography to keep everything looking high quality despite the older imagery.

Designs needed to scale across two websites, each with their own branding. We built a centralised design system, that could publish across all connected files.
With detailed search results, details pages, maps and much more building components for this project required an expert knowledge in Figma tools.
