Regus are a global service, renting office space for any need, whether individual or large scale commercial. They have a market lead in what they offer but needed to modernise the digital front across both Regus and the parent brand IWG. I worked on the UX and UI to deliver this.

Faced with upcoming brands like WeWork, Regus and IWG needed something that looked equally as inviting. The challenge here is their imagery was not always great and with 1000's of sites we could not just redo it all.
We executed designs that leaned on minimal and modern aesthetic, with illustrations, guiding lines from our neutral colours and a blended approach of stock and real photography to keep everything looking high quality despite the older imagery.

We built a centralised design system, controlled from a global file that could publish across all connected files.
With detailed search results, details pages, maps and much more building components for this project required an expert knowledge in Figma tools including auto-layout and variant design.
