Grounded in a heuristic review and behavioural analysis, I created a conceptual direction, exploring a more engaging Sky New Zealand homepage and clearer self-service—reimagining how customers move through Sky’s digital world.
Using animation and no-code design, I turned those insights into a working, responsive prototype: a tangible concept focused on Sky’s most valuable opportunities.

To start, we used the Digital Health Check I have developed to take a systematic and comprehensive look at the product. This splits the review into 5 key areas each with multiple sub metrics and a simple scoring mechanism. We then ideated opportunities identified in the review.

Following the digital health check, our behavioural scientist lead her own review to demonstrate nudges and behaviours that could be introduced throughout the experience to aid conversion. I worked closely with her, gaining an understanding of the science helped create a better end product.

We wanted to impress the client and I felt standard Figma prototypes were not enough.
I pitched an idea to use Framer to develop designs that could be delivered to the client as a working demo website, fully responsive and enriched with animation within a few weeks.
